Caltex was awarded at this year’s Ask Afrika Orange Index Awards, which took place in Johannesburg recently. The Ask Afrika Awards are the country’s longest running service awards.
In researching what determines where South Africans preferred to get fuel, the Ask Afrika survey focused on the level of emotional satisfaction that motorists felt when leaving a forecourt.
“We know that this award is owed to the men and women on our forecourts, who go out of their way to make our customers smile when they stop at Caltex service stations,” said Astron Energy’s Retail General Manager, Price Njokweni.
