Caltex was awarded at this year’s Ask Afrika Orange Index Awards, which took place in Johannesburg recently. The Ask Afrika Awards are the country’s longest running service awards.

In researching what determines where South Africans preferred to get fuel, the Ask Afrika survey focused on the level of emotional satisfaction that motorists felt when leaving a forecourt.

“We know that this award is owed to the men and women on our forecourts, who go out of their way to make our customers smile when they stop at Caltex service stations,” said Astron Energy’s Retail General Manager, Price Njokweni.

“We know that South Africans are busy; always rushing from point A to B, be it getting to work, heading off on holiday or picking up their children, that’s why we place so much emphasis on supporting our fuel attendants and developing their customer service skills.

We also believe that the quality products we offer and the great partnerships with FreshStop and the UCount loyalty programme have played big roles in this accolade.”

While you experience award-winning service from your nearest Caltex, don’t miss out on the #DoubleTankSummer promotion running 1 November to 31 December 2019. You could win your share of R2.5 MILLION in prizes. Simply fill-up for R300 or more and enter at www.winwithcaltex.co.za. Don’t forget to keep a copy of your slip. This summer, lets start at Caltex & #DoubleTankSummer. Good luck!
